EE&G drafted a remediation protocol to address the presence of mold growth on the surface of wood framing components with the intent of the cleaning procedure to remove the surface mold and restore the wood to a condition it would have been prior to having the growth.
After wood framing components were cleaned, EE&G’s supervisor/hygienist conducted visual inspections and preliminary surface diaper testing to verify that wood surfaces were cleaned. Mold abatement need? Give us a call.
Periodic laboratory testing was performed to validate the visual inspections and use of the “diaper test” method for determining when a surface is clean. Testing was performed at the discretion of a 3rd party hygienist. Mold testing and Mold abatement available 24/7. If testing determined that an area did not pass, that area was re-cleaned.
